A person can be doing everything they can and still find themselves one setback away from crisis. A lost job, an unexpected bill, a missing ID, an empty refrigerator, or the lack of transportation can become the barrier that keeps someone from moving forward. That is where MAH steps in.
Your financial gift helps us respond with more than a temporary solution. It helps provide food, transportation, identification assistance, bicycles, clothing, household essentials, laundry support, housing-related assistance, and compassionate one-on-one support. Most importantly, it helps a neighbor know they do not have to face the next step alone.

In-Kind Donations
Sometimes the item sitting unused in your home can become exactly what a neighbor needs to take the next step forward. A warm coat, a pair of shoes, hygiene supplies, household essentials, or other practical items can bring comfort, dignity, and relief during a difficult season.
MAH’s In-Kind Donation Program helps connect donated items directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Your generosity allows us to respond to real needs with practical support, while reminding our neighbors that their community sees them and cares.
