Milford Advocacy for the Homeless (MAH) is excited to announce the addition of two valuable new resources now available on our website—Together We Serve and Tax Exemptions. These tools are designed to empower our community by providing accessible information that supports individuals and families in need, as well as the organizations and advocates who serve them.

Together We Serve is a living, community-driven document that lists current resources and services available throughout the region. From food assistance and shelter options to employment support and medical care, this document offers a centralized, growing directory of essential needs. It is continuously updated as new partners and programs are identified. If your organization provides support or services and would like to be included, please email Martha Gery at martha@milfordadvocacyforthehomeless.org. Our goal is to ensure that no one faces hardship alone—because together, we serve better.

The second new resource, Tax Exemptions, offers guidance on how individuals experiencing homelessness or extreme poverty may qualify for certain tax exemptions in the state of Delaware. This document outlines potential eligibility and the steps needed to apply for these exemptions, which can offer critical financial relief. Both of these resources can now be found on our official website. We encourage you to explore them, share them, and help us spread the word. As always, thank you for being part of our mission to uplift and empower our neighbors with dignity and compassion.
