We are deeply grateful to the Ground Zero Thursday night men’s group for their generous help moving used youth bicycles from storage into our Haven of Hope Center. Their strength, kindness, and willingness to serve helped us take an exciting step forward in launching our new Bike Repair Workshop—a program focused on restoring joy and mobility for children in vulnerable families across our community.

These bikes—each with a story—will soon be cleaned, repaired, and made road-ready again. But more than that, they will become a part of childhood memories. With your support, children will feel the wind in their hair, race their friends through the neighborhood, and experience the freedom that only a bike can give.

At Milford Advocacy, we believe in the simple joys that bring hope—and a bike is a powerful symbol of that. Thank you, Ground Zero, for helping us carry not just bikes, but joy, dignity, and community spirit.

Stay tuned as we begin this journey of repair, restoration, and riding into brighter days ahead.
