What is a Journey Partner?

Journey Partners are more than a volunteer role, it’s a relationship rooted in compassion. This program connects trained volunteers with individuals in need of steady, personalized support as they work toward stability. Journey Partners walk with, not ahead of, the people they serve, offering presence, encouragement, and guidance, one step at a time.

They don’t come with all the answers or certifications. They come with open hearts.
