Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) Public Housing Waiting List: OPEN.
Pre-applications are being accepted on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from April 30, 2019, until further notice.
This waiting list has the following preferences:
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to Parkview Apartments, located at 1800 N. Broom Street, Wilmington, DE 19802; from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, and from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm; on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
- Head or Co-Head of the household is Elderly or Disabled;
- Head of Co-Head of the household is working a minimum of 20 hours a week

Dover Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List: OPEN
The Dover Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
This housing authority manages one community dedicated to senior/disabled individuals, and four communities for families, all are located throughout Dover.To apply for public housing you can stop by their office to pick up an application, during normal office hours, located at 76 Stevenson Dr., Dover, DE.
An application can also be mailed to you by calling 302-678-1965.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the above address.This housing authority does use a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list as: a local resident, living and/or working in Dover, substandard living, elderly, disabled, or a victim of domestic violence.
