Milford Advocacy for the Homeless (MAH) is proud to introduce a new community resource document titled Together We Serve. This living document was created to better connect individuals and families in need with essential services and resources throughout our region. Designed as a central hub of support, Together We Serve includes information on food assistance, housing resources, medical care, employment support, mental health services, and more. As new partners and services are identified, the document is updated regularly to ensure that it reflects the most current and comprehensive list of available support.

The purpose of Together We Serve is not only to guide individuals toward critical resources but also to highlight the incredible collaboration happening across our community. MAH recognizes the power of partnerships and believes that when we come together, we can make a lasting impact. This tool is intended for both those seeking help and those who assist others—service providers, case managers, outreach workers, and volunteers—so everyone has access to the same up-to-date information when providing care and guidance.

If you represent an organization that provides services or resources to those experiencing homelessness, poverty, or instability, and you would like to be included in Together We Serve, we warmly invite you to reach out. Please email Martha Gery at martha@milfordadvocacyforthehomeless.org to share your organization’s details. By joining this collaborative effort, your contribution will help extend the reach of support to those who need it most.

Keep in mind that this information is gathered from multiple resources. Check the links and with the service organizations for the latest information, requirements, etc. This document is not legally binding.
