Haven of Hope
Take Action Now!
We are looking for a property to open a Haven of Hope, where community members can come after their workday and those without shelter can get a respite from the weather. They would be able to have a sit down meal, do their laundry, get counseling, go to meeting & life skill classes, connect with service providers, site with case managers and shop for clothing.
If you would like to help fund this project, donations can be sent to PO Box 585, Milford DE 19963 with a note that the donation is for Haven of Hope or go to our donations page, on this website and choose to either give a one-time donation or ongoing monthly donation that would be designated for this project.

This winter has been hard on the homeless who live out of tents. The winds have been high tearing holes in the tents and the multiple snowfall with one storm leaving 12+ inches of snow in its wake causing tents to collapse. The camp was full of snow, water and mud as the days progressed.
